5 Living Labs in 5 countries
Living Labs are full-city environments where AMIGOS tests and evaluates innovative, inclusive and sustainable mobility solutions at scale.
They represent different urban contexts across Europe, from large metropolitan areas, medium-sized cities, to growing municipalities. It allows us to understand how mobility innovations perform in diverse real-life conditions.
In each Living Lab, AMIGOS works closely with citizens, public authorities, and road users to co-create measures that improve safety, accessibility, multimodal transport efficiency, and the attractiveness of active mobility.
These cities implement technological and policy solutions such as smart traffic management, public transport optimisation, active mobility infrastructure, and behaviour-changing incentives. Their results feed directly into the project’s impact assessment and replication strategy.
